Famous Indian wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson shared his thoughts on MS Dhoni's future in the IPL on February 20, saying that while there are speculations about his retirement, he hopes the legendary player continues to play "a little more."
Since Dhoni retired from international cricket in 2020, discussions have continued about when he will end his IPL career. For the 2025 season, he was retained by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) as an uncapped player for 4 crore rupees.
In the 2024 season, Dhoni scored 161 runs in 11 matches with a strike rate of 220 and an average of 53.66, fulfilling the role of a finisher for the five-time champions.
