Kuldeep Yadav has joined the legends of Indian cricket by taking his 300th wicket in international matches. This milestone was achieved on February 23 during the Champions Trophy 2025 match against Pakistan in Dubai. The 30-year-old spinner from Kanpur became the fifth Indian player to reach this mark, joining the ranks of Anil Kumble, Ravichandran Ashwin, Harbhajan Singh, and Ravindra Jadeja.
Yadav secured his milestone wicket by forcing Salman Ali Agha into a mistimed aerial shot, allowing Jadeja to complete an easy catch. Currently, Kuldeep has 56 wickets in Tests, 175 in ODIs, and 69 in T20Is. Notably, he is among the thirteen greatest Indian bowlers of all time in terms of total wickets.
