India dominates the warm-up match, showing power and skill on the field.

The Indian team decimated Scotland by an impressive 119 runs in the warm-up match of the ICC Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup. Batting first, defending champions India posted 164/7 in 20 overs on Monday. Kamalini G was the top scorer with 32 runs in 23 balls.

Captain Niki Prasad, Trisha G, and Sanika Chalke also contributed but were “recalled” to give other players practice. Ammi Baldi was the best bowler for Scotland, taking 2/13 in 3 overs.

However, in reply, the Scottish team was bowled out for just 45 runs in 18.5 overs. Shabnam Shakeel, Vaishnavi Sharma, and Sonam Yadav were all out for two wickets each.

In other matches, Australia defeated Malaysia, England defeated Samoa, and Pakistan beat Nigeria by 11 runs.
